BARTOW | A circuit judge got rid of a gag order Wednesday that has restricted Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd and others from disclosing information in the videotaped beating of a 16-year-old Mulberry High cheerleader. Judd released a statement saying he disagreed with the gag order and was pleased it was gone.
